While there have been numerous debates on whether to ban sugary foods, sodium products in the vending machines at schools, not many realize its cost of regulating such products; and its effect to civilians due to the cost associated with it. Communism was condemned due to lack of support from other nations, condemned due to corruption within its leadership, condemned due to the moral weakness of humanity, making what is perfect on paper, ineffective in the real world. The end of this system was very violent. It left one of the two most powerful nations in the world fearful of what was to come. Communism can either be called a concept or system of society. In a society that follows the communist beliefs groups own the major resources and means of production, rather than a certain individual. In theory, Communism is to provide equal work, and benefits to all in a specific society. Communism is derived from many ancient resources, including Platos Republic and early Christian communities. In 1917, Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in their Communist Manifesto finalized the philosophy of Communism. Through persuasive tactics this new government seized power and in 1917 Vladimir Ilich Lenin came to power. Throughout Lenins government there were many achievements. It ended a long civil war against the remnants of the old Czarist military system and established institutions in government. He later died in 1924, and was quickly succeeded. In 1924 Joseph Stalin became head of the Soviet Communist Party. He soon became the most powerful man in Russia. He ran the Soviet Union with brut power, removing all that opposed him and the Communist beliefs. This time period was known as the Great Purge. Stalin systemically executed anyone who stood in his path. Stalin had millions of people arrested and killed. The government once again changed in its economic status. All private ownership was ended. Industrialization commenced, and the strength of the Soviets Military significantly increased. The only downfall was agriculture production slowly diminished. This eventually led to food shortages. During this time period the Second World War broke out and drained most of what was left of the already impoverished state. However after the war, national unity was improved and the Soviet Union once again became a super power of the world. Stalins successor, Nikita Khrushev, marked the beginning of the fall of Communism in the Soviet Union. He believed Stalins actions were unnecessary and harmful to the process of moving the Socialist government to its goal of complete Communism. His fellow citizen Volta was assured that electricity was produced by the touching of two different metals. In this case was the frog's leg had hung on a brass hook from an iron rail, virtually being non-biological. Volta confirmed that electricity can indeed come from two metals through his invention of the battery, while Galvani went on to show that there is electricity in the body. He took a dissected frog and nudged a severed nerve against another using a probe made of glass. No metal was involved, but when nerve touched nerve, the muscle contracted as if someone had closed a switch. The sixth chapter describes Michael Faraday who had performed a suite of experiments showing the linkage between electricity and magnetism. Throughout these experiments he invented the the electric motor and the dynamo. What’s the BFD (â€Å"big, fat deal,† though another word starting with f is sometimes used)? The answer is the. These private companies in order to beat the competition and to increase their Insurance Advisors to increase their reach to the customers are giving very high commission rates but people are not aware of that. Increased competition Today the competition in the Insurance sector has become very stiff. Today each and every company is trying to increase their Insurance Advisors so that they can increase their reach in the market. This situation has created a scenario in which to recruit Birla sun life insurance Advisors and to sell life Insurance Policy has became very- very difficult. FINDINGS à ¢Ã… ¾Ã‚ ¢To be successful in marketing of insurance products, the entire business scenario has to be taken into account. à ¢Ã… ¾Ã‚ ¢During the study to be found that majority of people are aware of life insurance sector. à ¢Ã… ¾Ã‚ ¢During the survey it was observed that major source of information for consumer are television and newspaper and least preference are given to magazines, agents and friends. à ¢Ã… ¾Ã‚ ¢Attractive schemes and brand image are the most important factor that influences the buying behavior of the consumers. SUGGESTIONS ) Information regarding new product should be provided to the customers. 2) The company should find out the no. of people who are not having any of the insurance plans through an intensive market research and motivate them to get insured. 3) At some level Company should provide information to the customers about the charges of the policy. 4) Company should target each and every class of the society. 5) Charges should be low of the policies . 6) Annual premium should be reasonable.7) BSLI Company should work in systematic way. RECOMMENDATIONS 1) Even though most of the policy holders are satisfied with policies, plans they have but some new attractive insurance plans should be introduce to bind them not to switch over to other companies insurance plans. 2) The company should find out the no. of people who are not having any of the insurance plans through an intensive market research and motivate them to get insured. 3) Leveraging technology to service customers quickly, efficiently and conveniently. 4) Developing and implementing superior risk management and investment strategies to offer sustainable and stable returns to our policyholders. 5) Company should target each and every class of the society 6) Company should provide full information to the customers before targeting so they can take interest.
